摘要
DNA双链断裂后可诱导位于丝氨酸-139位C端保守区域内的H2AX磷酸化形成γ-H2AX,组蛋白H2AX在DNA损伤修复、细胞周期检查点调控、基因组稳定的维持和肿瘤抑制中起着重要作用。随着研究的不断深入,其在医学中的应用将越来越广泛。
DNA double-trandbreaks (DSB) could induce phosphorylation of H2AX at eonservative Cterminal region of serine 139 and the formation of γ-H2AX. Histone H2AX has been proved to play an important role in DNA repair, cell eyele eheekpoints, genornie stability and tumor suppression. With the in-depth study,its application will be more and more widely in medicine.
