摘要 脊柱是全身多种恶性肿瘤易转移部位,脊柱转移癌常引起患者难以忍受的顽固性疼痛,并导致脊柱强度和稳定性改变。经皮椎体成形术是治疗脊柱转移癌的一种新微创技术,可有效缓解由于椎体压缩性骨折产生的疼痛,且能增加脊柱的稳定性,创伤小,效果好。随着填充材料(主要是骨水泥和^125I粒子)及相关复合材料的应用,经皮椎体成形术治疗椎体肿瘤取得长足进展。但有其适应证及并发症,在临床应用过程中应充分进行术前评估。 Spine is the frequent metastatic site of systemic malignant tumor,the strength and stability can be changed by the spinal metastases, and the patients feel pain seriously. Percutaneous vertebro-plasty is a new minimal invasive treatment for spinal metastases,which can relieve the pain caused by vertebral compression fracture, and increase the stability of the vertebral body, has little trauma and good effect. With the application of filling material( mostly were bone cement and ledine-125 seed) and composite,the efficacy of percutaneous vertebro-plasty treating vertebral tumor is improved. However, the indication and complication should have preoperative evaluation during clinical application.
