摘要
癌症恶病质（CC）是恶性肿瘤患者晚期常见的临床综合征之一。其病因、发病机制相当复杂，多种细胞因子和代谢物质都在CC的发生、发展中起重要影响，针对这些因素的治疗是目前的关注点。CC的治疗涉及营养补充、药物治疗、中医治疗、心理治疗等多方面的综合性治疗。现就CC目前的治疗手段和防治对策予以综述。
Cancer cachexia（ CC ）is one of clinic syndromes for malignant tumor patients in advanced stage. The etiopathogenisis and pathogenesy are very complex, which associated with much cytokine and metabolin. The recent focus is on these factors to relieve CC. The treatment refer to comprehensive methods, such as nutritional supplement, pharmacy intervention, traditional Chinese medicine and psychotherapy. The article sammarizes, the preasent treatment method and prevention measures to CC.
