摘要
手术仍是目前惟一可能治愈胃癌的方法，而胃癌淋巴结转移是影响预后的重要因素，淋巴结清扫范围的不断完善是目前胃癌现代外科治疗的关键。胃癌根治性淋巴结清扫是改善胃癌患者预后的有效手段，原因是清扫的淋巴结数目越多，越能明确区域淋巴结微转移灶，减少残留概率，从而改善患者预后。本文对胃癌淋巴结清扫的现状与进展予以综述。
Operation has been regarded to be the only effective method for treatment of gastric cancer, but lymph node metastasis is an important factor for prognosis, the constant perfection of extent of lymph node dissection is the key of modern surgical treatment for gastric cancer currently. Lymphadenectomy for gastric cancer is the effective means to improve the prognosis of patients with gastric cancer,because the more lymph node dissecting is,the more sufficient micrometastases in regional lymph node elimination is,which can reduce the probability of residue, so that the prognosis of gastric cancer patients can be improved. Here, progress and current situation of lymphadenectomy were summarized for gastric cancer.
