摘要 视神经损伤是临床常见的眼外伤。视神经作为中枢神经系统的一部分。其损伤后轴突再生困难,是临床疾病治疗的难点。NgR是在中枢神经系统损伤后具有再生抑制作用的因子,其在髓磷脂抑制轴突再生信号转导过程中有特殊的靶分子效应。NgR的发现为视神经损伤后轴突再生治疗提供了有益的启示。本文就NgR的结构、功能信号及治疗视神经损伤的最新研究进展予以综述。 Optic nerve injury is one of common clinical deseases in ocular trauma. As a part of central nervous system,it is difficult to regenerate once damaged. NgR is the factor which has the regenerate inhibitory action in the central nervous system postinjury. NgR has special target molecule effect during the regenerate signal transduction process in myelin inhibiting axon. The find of NgR supply a beneficial inspiration to axon reactivate treatment after optic nerve injury. This paper reviewed the lastest research progress of NgR structure ,function signal and injured optic nerve treatment.
