摘要
KNT(kinectin)是内质网膜上的一种膜受体蛋白,完整的入KIN的相对分子质量为156×10^3,基因定位于14号染色体q22.1上,cDNA全长4.6kb,含有编码1364个氨基酸的开放阅读框絮。KNT除主要作为kinesin的受体参与细胞内囊泡转运外,还可以通过锚定延长因子1复合物到内质网上来调节真核细胞内蛋白的合成,可调节内质网活性膜扩张,参与了胰岛壁细胞中微管依赖激素的分泌过程,可抑制吞噬体沿微管双向运动。KNT与疾病存在相关性,如白塞病、肝细胞癌、再生障碍性贫血等。
KNT is a receptor protein in the reticulum membrane. The molecular weight of the whole human kinectin is 156-KDa,gene mapping is on chromosome 14 band q22.1 ,and the total length of cDNA is 4.6 kb,which contains 1,364 amino acids encoding the open Reading frame. KNT mainly participates in the intra-cellular vesicles transit, also can regulate the protein synthesis in eukaryotic cells by anchoring the elongation factor-1 complex onto endoplasmic reticulum, regulates the active membrane expansion of the endoplasmic reticulum, participates in microtubule-dependent hormone secretion in pancreatic islet beta-cells, and inhibits the bi-directional movement of phagosomes along microtubules. KNT has relationship with many diseases, such as Behcet's disease, hepatic cellular cancer, aplastic anaemia and so on.
