摘要 由于干细胞具有多向分化潜能和自我更新能力,干细胞在再生医学领域有重要作用。蛋白质组学是大规模化蛋白质的研究。在干细胞研究中采用蛋白质组学技术建立蛋白质表达的分子图谱有助于揭示干细胞增殖和分化的分子机制。本文综述了干细胞蛋白质组学近年来的研究进展。 Stem cells retain multi-directional differentiation and self-renewal potential, which play an important role in regenerative medicine. Proteomics is the study of protein in large scale. Establishing molecular map of protein expression by proteomics techniques will be helpful to disclose the cellular mechanism of proliferation and differentiation in the study of stem cells. This article reviews the progresses of stem cell proteomics in recent years.
