摘要 动脉粥样硬化是心脑血管事件发生的共同基础,是造成心脑血管疾病和死亡的重要因素。炎症、氧化应激被认为是动脉粥样硬化发生和发展的核心机制。动脉粥样硬化不稳定性斑块的破损是缺血性卒中和心肌梗死的主要发病机制。研究动脉粥样硬化的发病机制及斑块的稳定性,采用有效治疗手段,真正达到有效预防和治疗动脉粥样硬化有着重要的意义,也是目前研究热点。 Atherosclerosis is the common ground of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. It is an important cause of morbidity and mortality in patients. Inflammation and oxidative stress play a central role in atherosclerotic progression. The major pathogenesis of ischemic stroke and myocardial infarction is the rupture of the unstable plaque. So the research focus is to prevent and inhibit atherosclerotic process by studying the pathogenesis of atherosclerosis and the stability of unstable plaque.
