摘要
目的测定哮喘病情严重程度不同的患者血液中的内皮素(ET)、血栓素B2(TXB2)、6-酮-前列腺素(6-K-PGF-1α)的水平,以探讨其在哮喘中的监测意义及相互作用。方法共选择轻度哮喘组患者32例,中重度哮喘组患者23例,健康对照组共18例,每例研究对象抽取清晨空腹静脉血5mL。将其分为2部分,其中3mL用于测定TXB2、6-K—PGF1α;2mL用于测定ET。数据统计分析采用单因素方差分析。结果①三组血浆中ET水平比较:轻度哮喘组与中重度哮喘组高于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01),轻度哮喘组低于中重度哮喘组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。②三组血浆中6-K—PGF1α水平比较:轻度哮喘组与中重度哮喘组低于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01),轻度哮喘组高于中重度哮喘组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。③三组血浆中TXB,水平比较:轻度哮喘组与中重度哮喘组高于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01),轻度哮喘组低于中重度哮喘组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论ET、TXB2与哮喘的病情严重程度呈正相关,并可能在气道炎症方面影响哮喘的发生、发展。6-K—PGF1α与哮喘的病情呈负相关,说明是机体的一种保护机制。
Objective Test the level of ET,TXB2 ,6-K-PGF-1α in patients, blood with different severity sthma,explore their monitoring significance and interaction in asthma. Methods Select 32 patients in mild asthma group,23 patients in moderate-severe asthma group, 18 patients in healthy control group. Each case drew 5 ml limosis veinal blood and the blood was divided into 2 parts:3 ml is used to determine TXB2 ,6-K-PGF-1-alpha; 2ml is used to determination of ET. Statistical analysis use single-factor variance analysis. Results (1)The levels of ET in plasma of mild asthma and moderate-severe asthma group are higher than that in healthy control group, the difference is statistically significant (P 〈 0.01 ). The levels, of ET in plasma of mild asthma group is lower than that in moderate-severe asthma group,and the difference is statistically significant( P 〈 0.01 ). (2)The levels of 6-K-PGF-1 alpha in plasma of mild asthma and moderate-severe asthma group are lower than that in the control group, the difference is statistically significant( P 〈0. 01 ). The levels of 6-K-PGF-1 alpha in plasma of mild asthma group is higher than that in moderate-severe asthma group, the difference is statistically significant( P 〈 0.01 ). (3)The levels of TXB2 in plasma of mild asthma group and moderate-severe asthma group are higher than that in control group, the difference is statistically significant ( P 〈 0.01 ). The levels of TXB2 in plasma of mild asthma group is lower than that in moderate-severe asthma group, the difference is statistically significant (P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion ET and TXB2 are positively correlated to asthma severity, have the possibility to influece asthma occurrence and development in airway inflammation. 6-K-PGF-1 alpha is negatively correlated to asthma, is a protection mechanism in body.
