摘要
《劳动合同法》的颁布弥补了我国劳务派遣的法律空白,初步确立了我国劳务派遣制度。文章在阐述《劳动合同法》对劳务派遣的特别规定的基础上,分析其对于劳务派遣企业的影响,并提出了在新的法律环境下,劳务派遣企业的发展策略,希望对劳务派遣企业的发展具有一定的指导意义。
The promulgation of the Labor Contract Law has made up law gaps of labor dispatch of our country, and has established the preliminary labor dispatch system of our country. On the basis of discussing the special requirements of labor contract law to labor dispatch enterprises, the article analyses the influence of labor contract law on labor dispatch enterprises, and puts forward the development strategy of labor dispatch enterprises, and expects to have some guiding significance to labor dispatch enterprises.
