Method of triage and remedy for earthquake casualties

目的:探讨地震灾害伤员的检伤分类与分级救治方法。方法:总结汶川地震后医院救治实践中检伤分类和分级救治方法。结果:检伤分类是分级救治的前提,模糊定性法是地震灾害救援中检伤分类的主要方法,5分类更具现实意义。结论:分级救治根据伤情的危急程度分层进行。

Objective：To explore the method of triage and remedy of earthquake casualties. Methods：To review the data from the remedy work of Wenchuan earthquake casualties in Beichuan. Results：In the locate and backward hospital,basod on effective triage and corresponding remedy, the team remedied about 500 patients in the locate and 700 patients in Mianyang 404 hospital. Conclusion： Qualitative triage is a bound method to mass earthquake casualties. The author suggests a new triage method of 5 categories about mass catastrophe casualties,and they are light injury, moderate injury,severe injury ,mortal injury and death. The category is correspond to the injury degree of casualties, the sequence of remedy is based on the degree. The severe casualties is prior to others.
