地震伤员病区内医疗管理探讨

Investigation of strategy for casualty management in hospital of Mianyang earthquake zone in Sichuan Wenchuan earthquake

目的:探讨地震灾害院内伤员的医疗管理策略。方法:回顾性分析我院收治汶川地震绵阳震区伤员的医疗管理实践。结果:至7月30日我院病区内累计救治病例258例,含截肢伤员39例,完成大小手术200余例次。住院伤员死亡2例,治愈出院73例,好转转院185例。结论:分级救治、分区域专职小组分组管理,是提高医院地震伤员救治效率和质量的关键。

Objective ：To investigate the strategy for cuasalty management in hospital after earthquake. Methods：The practices of medical management in hospitals in Mianyang earthquake zone were analyzed retrospectively. Results：Up to 30 June,over 258 cases were accepted and treated by the hospitals in Mianyang earthquake zone after Wenchuan earthquake jolted on 12 May 2008. 200 cases were performed surgery operation, including 39 cases of amputation surgery, 15 cases of death and 185 cases of improvement and trans- fer,73 cases recovered and were discharged from hospital. Conclusion：Focus on hospital,group management,classification treatment, grading treatment,specialist in charge, to ensure collective, comprehensive treatment ,focused and rational allocation of the medical force are the keys to improve the quality and efficiency of casualty management in hospital after earthquake.
