中西医结合治疗HP消化性溃疡61例临床观察

Clinical observation on treating 61 cases of HP relative peptic ulcer with integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗HP消化性溃疡的疗效。方法:将102例HP消化性溃疡患者随机分为治疗组61例和对照组51例,治疗组采用中西医结合治疗,对照组用兰悉多肠溶片15 mg,每日2次口服,同时用克拉霉素0.5 g,每日2次加灭滴灵0.4 g,每日2次。结果:HP根除率治疗组为90.1%,对照组为82.3%;溃疡愈合率治疗组为93.4%,对照组为82.4%。经统计学处理,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:治疗HP消化性溃疡,中西医结合治疗效果较好,且不良反应少。

Objective：To study the clinical effects of treating HP relative peptic ulcer with integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine.Methods： 112 patients with Helicobacter pylori （HP） positive peptic ulcer were randomly divided into two groups.The curative group received the treatment integrating traditional Chinese and western medicine,the control group received lansoprazole 15 mg,twice daily,clarithromycin 0.5 g,twice daily and metronidazole 0.4 g,twice daily. Results：The HP eradication rate of the curative group was 90.1%,the control group was 82.3%.The ucler healing rate of the curative group was 93.4%,the control group was 82.4%.Conclusion：It has better curative effect and litter adverse reaction in ucler healing and HP eradication with integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine in HP relative peptic ulcer.
