局部冰敷及地塞米松预防盖诺静脉注射导致静脉炎的研究

A study on effect of ice compression and dexmethasone on preventing phlebitis caused by navelbine intravenous injection

目的:探讨预防盖诺静脉注射导致静脉炎发生的有效方法。方法:在盖诺静脉注射前冰敷静脉穿刺部位及近心端皮肤,并在用药前、后分别快速静脉滴注地塞米松的生理盐水,观察静脉炎发生率和严重程度,并与对照(只用地寒米松)组进行比较。结果:联合应用冰敷和地塞米松组静脉炎发生率10%(2/20),显著低于对照组静脉炎的发生率50%(10/20)。结论:联合应冰敷及用药前、后静脉滴注地塞米松可以有效减少使用盖诺导致静脉炎的发生。

Objective：To explore the effective method of preventing phlebitis caused by navelbine intravenous injection. Methods： Ice compression of injection site and proximal end was performed before and after intravenous injection of navelbinc ,intravenous dexmethasone solution was rapidly transfused before and after use of navelbine as well. Then the incidence and severity of phlebitis in the patients were investigated and compared with those in the control group （using dexmethasone only ） .Results ： The incidence of phlebitis in the patients receiving ice compression and dexmethasone （10%） was significantly lower than that in the control group（50%）. Conclusion： Combination of ice compression and intravenous use of dexmethasone is effective on preventing phlebitis caused by intravenous injection of navelbine.
