Clinical analysis of strangulating intestinal obstruction in 112 cases

目的:探讨绞窄性肠梗阻的早期诊断和手术时机。方法:对112例绞窄性肠梗阻的临床资料进行回顾分析。全组病例均经手术治疗。结果:治愈91例,术后死亡21例,死亡率18.8%。结论:严密观察病情,正确把握手术时机,早期诊断和及时手术是降低绞窄性肠梗阻死亡率的关键。

Objective ：To investigate the early diagnosis and the timing of surgery for strangulating intestinal obstruction.Methods： The clinical data of 112 cases of strangulating intestinal obstruction were reviewed retrospectively.All cases were treated by operation. Results：91 cases were cured,21 dead after operation,the total mortality was 18.8%.Conclusion：Observing and monitoring carefully, grasping operation timing correctly,early diagnosis and prompt operation are the keys to decrease mortality.
