Current Policies for Phasing-out GLS in China and its Barriers Analysis

目前,为应对全球气候不断变暖,履行《京都议定书》承诺的减排目标,世界上各个国家都将逐步淘汰白炽灯、推广节能灯作为节能减排的措施之一。本文介绍了我国淘汰白炽灯、推广节能灯的政策现状,以及国际社会逐步淘汰普通白炽灯的计划。同时,本文也提出了在这样的大趋势下,我国面临的政策障碍以及政策需求。

For addressing the global climate changing, and fulfilling the emission mitigation targets promised in the ＂Kyoto Protocol＂, many countries in the world have taken the phasing-out GLS and promotion of efficiency lamp as one of measures to save energy and mitigate emission. The article introduces the status of policy measures publicized in China to phase-out GLS and promote efficiency lamps application. It also briefs the plans of phasing-out GLS internationally. Meanwhile, the article provides policy barriers and policy demand under the trend of global phasing-out actions.
