摘要
利用自制的植物生长装置研究了春小麦在不同土壤湿度和磷素水平的组合方式对作物光合及水分利用的影响,结果表明:在上干下湿的水分条件,表层施磷处理其光合曲线呈单峰,而整体湿润下不管磷的施用部位,其光合曲线呈双峰。这种变异多是非气孔限制下环境因子(尤其是叶温)与植株体作用而致。不同的水分处理表层施磷可以提高作物体的净光合率11.18%-15.59%,水分利用效率(WUE)提高2.37%-19.13%,增加叶面积17.36%-32.94%。
nder the way of different soil regimes and applied phosphorus leves,photosynthetic efficiency and water use efficiency of spring wheat were studied by means of the device of plant growth made by ourselves.The results of the research work reveled that photosynthetic curves which the treatments were applied to phosphorus at upper layer appeared one peak under the water condition of upper soildry and lower soilmoisture depth,but two peaks for used water in upper and lower layers in spite of the sites applied to phosphorus.The reasons woulde be interreacted between crop and environmental factors (especially leaf temperature) under different treatments,and likely was not caused by stomatal limitation of photosynthesis.In various treatments,net photosynthsis rate,water use efficiency (WUE) and leaf area increased by 11.18% to 15.59%,2.37% to 19.13% and 17.36% to 32.94% through phosphorus utilization of upper soil layer.
