摘要 近年来,人们利用基因重组技术研究了不同生物来源的糖化酶的特殊结构域的结构及结构与其功能之间的关系。较详细的阐述糖化酶的淀粉结合域、O-糖基化连接域和催化域的结构和催化水解淀粉的生物活性,以及三者之间的相互作用机理。 Recently, a combination of techniques has been used to investigate the structure-function relationships of this particular domain of glueoamylase from different biological species.The review focuses on recent findings on the structure of SBD,O-glycoslated linker &CD, role in ligand binding, catalytic action, and cooperation in hydrolsis of granular starch of glueoamylase.
