摘要
介绍了我国葡萄的发展历程及葡萄酒渣中的活性物质—白藜芦醇的生物学功能。阐述了白藜芦醇的提取、纯化方法,同时展望了以葡萄酒渣为原料提取白藜芦醇而产生的巨大的经济效益和社会效益。
This paper introduced development history of grape in China and biological function of active matter in brewing grape wine dregs-resveratrol. This paer also discussed method of distilling and purification of resveratrol and prospected economic and social benefit from distilling resveratrol from brewing grape wine dregs.
