摘要
系统研究了NaCl胁迫对豫棉112种子萌发、幼苗生长和不同外植体愈伤组织形成的影响。结果表明:NaCl对种子萌发、幼苗生长有抑制作用,浓度愈高,抑制作用愈显著;低浓度NaCl对子叶、胚轴愈伤组织诱导率没有影响,浓度升高,诱导率明显下降。无论是NaCl胁迫对棉苗素质的影响,还是对外植体愈伤组织诱导的影响,其敏感程度均为:胚根>胚轴>子叶。
ffects of NaCl on the seed germination,the growth of seedling and callus induction of Yumian 112 were studied in cell and tissue level.The results suggested that the seed germination and seedling growth were restrained by NaCl,and the higher concentration of NaCl,the more obvious restraint effect.Callus induction rates of cotyledon and hypocotyl were not affected by low concentration of NaCl,but the rates were decreased obviously when the concentration of NaCl was increased.Callus induction rate of embryo root was restrained in low salt concentration,and the induction rate of embryo root was decreased rapidly with NaCl concetration being increased.Sensibility of embryo root,hypocotyl and cotyledon to NaCl stress was that:embryo root>hypocotyl>cotyledon.
