摘要
采用皂化法在不同温度时间下,用几种不同方法测定同一种酒体,通过对比试验,选择测定白酒总酯的准确检测方法,达到数据检测的准确性。
Using saponification method at different temperature, the same liquor is detected with several methods. Through experimental comparison, the method is selected to achieve the accurate measurement of total esters in liquor.
