Study on Training New Peasnats of Hunan Province

要促进农村经济的发展和新农村的建设,其关键在于农民,农民素质的高低直接决定了农村社会的发展。通过分析湖南省农民文化素质和年龄结构的基础及湖南省新型农民培训的现状,挖掘了培训工作存在的问题,提出了相应的对策。

In order to promote the development of the rural economy and society, the key lies in the framer.On the basis of analysing the cultural qualities and age structure of peasants and present situation of training ,digging out the problems existing in training,proposes the corresponding suggestion.
