苦皮藤根皮的红外光谱特征及其在鉴别中的应用

THE CHARACTERISTICS OF THE IR SPECTRA OF CELASTRUS ANGULATUS ROOT BARK AND ITS APPLICATION IN IDENTIFICATION

将植物材料用有机溶剂提取，测定提取物的红外光谱，用这种方法获得不同地区及同一地区不同季节采集的苦皮藤（Ｃｅｌａｓｔｒｕｓａｎｇｕｌａｔｕｓ）根皮的红外光谱具有明显的特征性及稳定性，而且与同属不同种的植物根皮的红外光谱差异很大；苦皮藤根皮和不同比例的南蛇藤（Ｃｅｌａｓｔｒｕｓｏｒｂｉｃｕｌａｔｕｓ）根皮混合后的红外光谱图变化则介于两种纯植物根皮的红外光谱图之间，发生某些峰强度的消弱或增强。这些研究结果说明以红外光谱来鉴别与苦皮藤根皮形态相似的物种以及检验苦皮藤根皮的纯度是可行的。

he IR spectra recorded from the extracts of root bark of Celastrus angulatus collected from the different areas or the same area but different seasons exhibited notable characteristics and repeatability.The IR spectra recorded from the extracts of root bark of the different species in the same genus showed striking difference.The IR spectra recorded from the extracts of root bark of Celatrus orbiculatus in different rates had some changes compared with the IR spectra recorded from the pure root bart:some peaks higher,some peaks lower.These results indicated it might be practicable that the root back of Celastrus angulatus was identified from other adulterant.
