促肝细胞生长素联合复方丹参及茵栀黄注射液治疗婴儿肝炎综合征的研究

Study of Hepatocyte Growth-promoting Factors united with compound recipe Danshen and Yinzhihuang injection on infant hepatitis syndrome

目的评价促肝细胞生长素(HGF)联合复方丹参及茵栀黄注射液治疗婴儿肝炎综合征的效果。方法将53例肝炎综合征患儿随机分为2组:对照组23例常规应用能量、维生素等;观察组30例在常规治疗基础上加用HGF联合复方丹参、茵栀黄注射液治疗。2周后观察2组丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)及总胆红素(TBil)下降情况。结果观察组ALT、AST及TBil较对照组下降显著(P均<0.01),且ALT复常率也高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论HGF联合复方丹参及茵栀黄注射液治疗婴儿肝炎综合征效果较常规治疗更优。

Objective It is to appraise the effect of Hepatocyte Growth-promoting Factors united with compound recipe Danshen and Yinzhihuang injection on infant hepatitis syndrome. Methods 53 cases of infant hepatitis syndrome were randomly divided into two groups. 23 cases were in control group and treated with routine treatment such as energy and nutramin and so on. The other 30 cases were in observation group and treated additionally with Hepatocyte Growth-promoting Factors united with compound recipe Danshen and Yinzhihuang injection based on routine treatment. After two weeks, the descent condition of Alanine Transarninase （ALT）, Aspartate Transaminase （AST） and total bilirubin （TBil） of the two groups were observed. Results ALT, AST and TBil in observation group had more significant descent than those in control group （all P 〈 0.01 ）. And the recovery rate of ALT in observation group was higher than that in control group （ P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion The effect of Hepatocyte Growth-promoting Factors united with compound recipe Danshen and Yinzhihuang injection on infant hepatitis syndrome is better than routine treatment.
