摘要
目的:探讨精神科医护人员为地震伤员实施心理救援的途径、工作流程、人员配备问题。方法:精神科医护人员以心理治疗师的身份参与综合医院对地震伤员的治疗工作,针对伤员的不同心理状况提供心理干预。主要采用一般性心理治疗技术及哀伤辅导、创伤叙事、稳定化等创伤处理技术。结果:躯体损害越重,亲人丧失越多,心理状况越差。主要心理问题包括与地震有关的恶梦、闪回、闯入性记忆,情绪惊恐、紧张,睡眠障碍,对未来的担忧。结论:心理干预能有效地缓解伤员的各种症状。
Objective To explore the approach of psychological rescue, working flow and manpower preparation that psychiatrists carried out for the wounded in the Wenchuan earthquake. Methods Psychiatrists and mental health nurses participate as psychotherapists in the treatment of the wounded in the Wenchnan earthquake in general hospitals. They provided different psychic interventions according to different psychological problems. The main intervention techniques are supportive psychotherapeutics and mourning counseling, traumatic narration, stabilization, etc. Results The main psychological problems are nightmares, flashback, intrusive images and thoughts, sleeping problems, fright, tension, and worry for future. Conclusion Psychic interventions could relieve patients＇ various symptoms effectively.
