摘要 采用一步法连续挤出技术将麦秸粉和高密度聚乙烯复合制备木塑复合材料,并用马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯共聚物(MAPE)作为相容剂,研究其加入量对力学性能的影响。MAPE的加入对复合材料的拉伸、弯曲和冲击强度均有较大改善,且MAPE的加入量为9~12份时复合材料的力学性能达到最大值,扫描电镜所得的界面微观特征图也证明了这一点。 One-step continuous extrusion technology is adopted to combine wheat straw powder and high-density polyethylene (HDPE) to produce wheat straw/polyethylene composite materials, with maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene (MAPE) used as eompatibilizer. The influence of the addition amount of MAPE on mechanical properties of the composite is studied. The addition of MAPE can increase tensile strength, bending strength and impact strength of the composite significantly and the mechanical properties of the composite can reach the maximum by adding 9-12 parts of MAPE, which has been proved by the interface microscopic features observed through a scanning electron microscope.
