一、价值链理论
美国哈佛商学院迈克尔·波特教授1985年在其著作《竞争优势》中首先提出了价值链的概念。他指出:“每一个企业都是用来进行设计、生产、营销、交货等过程及对产品起辅助作用的各种相互分离的活动的集合”。任何企业的价值链都由一系列相互联系的创造价值的活动构成,这些活动分布于从供应商的原材料获取到最终产品消费时的服务之间的每一个环节,这些环节相互关联并相互影响。波特认为企业价值链并不是孤立存在的,它存在于由供应商价值链、企业价值链、渠道价值链和买方价值链共同构成的价值链系统中。
Using the theory on value chain, what was the composition of the value chain in automobile ICT information service industry is analyzed in the article. From the industry's formation of automobile ICT information service and the industrial value chain's composition of automobile ICT information service, the paper analyzes comprehensively the merchants who provide automobile information content, the merchants who rely on the automobile information technology content and the ones who provides the information service, and eventually four kinds of profit patter of automobile ICT information service industry, namely the Positioning Mode, Extension Model, Decomposition Model and Integration Model of Value Chain are proposed.
