摘要
文章详细分析了TCP/IP网络模型的层次结构和各层的功能,介绍了网络故障分层定位技术,提出了一种网络故障诊断排查流程,探讨了每层的故障诊断方法,最后介绍了一些网络故障诊断中常用的软硬件工具。
This paper analyses the layer structure and functions of TCP/IP network model, introduces layered positioning technique for network failure, puts forward a fault diagnosis process and discusses the fault diagnosis method for each layer. The commonly used software and hardware tools for network fault are also introduced in the paper.
