富水土壤地区土壤换热器换热性能的实验研究 被引量:11

STUDY ON HEAT EXCHANGE PERFORMANCE OF GROUND HEAT EXCHANGERS IN THE WATER-RICH SOIL AREAS

摘要 介绍了作者自主设计实施的土壤源地源热泵系统,并针对夏热冬暖地区富水土壤的特性,对Φ80套管周围的土壤温度分布及浅埋土壤换热器的换热性能进行了实验研究。研究发现:渗流水的存在,有助于土壤换热器的换热,套管释放的冷量主要沿渗流水流动方向扩散,且较长时间运行后的土壤换热系统能够保持稳定;管径较大的套管换热器的换热性能明显优于U型管换热器,且Φ65套管换热器的投资经济性最好。 For the water-rich soil property in the hot summer and warm winter areas, the soil temperature was tested using Ф 80 coaxial pipe heat exchanger and thermal property of ground heat exchangers in self-designed ground source heat pump system. The test result indicated that seepage water is helpful to exchange heat between soil and heat exchanger and cold released by heat exchanger spreads mainly along seepage water. In addition, the system of ground heat exchangers can sustain steady when running continually for a long time. It is also found that thermal property of greater diameter coaxial pipe heat exchanger is better than U-pipe heat exchanger, however Ф65 coaxial pipe is optimum for cost effective.
