摘要
本文介绍了利用半导体致冷件，对具有一定热源物体降温的温度显示电路，并对其工作原理进行了分析。通过实验，总结出了一种性能稳定，测试方便，电路简单、实用较强的数字式温度显示电路。该电路使用了集成运放电路及ＩＣＬ７１０７大规模集成电路Ａ／Ｄ转换器，可进行－５０～１００℃范围内的物体或周围环境温度的测量。
n the present paper we give the analysis of temperature displaying circuit with reducing temperature of a heat reservoir object and its work principle.From the experiment we give a digital temperature display circuit with function stability,conveniently measuring,simple circuit and easy application.In this circuit integrated analog/digit converters and A/D converter with a large-scale integrated circuit ICL 7107 are used.The circuit can be applied to measure objects or surroundings in the termperature range of -50～100℃.
