稻秆热解及催化热解的试验研究 被引量:7

摘要 采用TGA-FTIR联用技术研究稻秆在催化与非催化条件下的热解行为。考察升温速率、热解终温、颗粒粒径及添加CaO对稻秆热解主要析出产物的影响。研究结果表明:升温速率对热解产物的影响比热解终温的影响大;粒径的减小有利于气体产物的析出;添加CaO,稻秆热解后焦炭产量明显增加,表面粗糙度提高,比表面积增大;加入催化剂CaO有利于减小CO_2、羧酸类及醛类的析出,促进CO及CH_4的生成。 Pyrolysis characteristics of rice straw were investigated using a thermogravimetric analyzer (TGA) coupled with a Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectrometer under catalytic and non-catalytic conditions. The effects of parameters such as heating rate, final pyrolysis temperature, particle size and adding CaO on the main gaseous products released from rice straw during pyrolysis were studied. The results showed that the influence of heating rate on yield of pyrolysis products is stronger than that of final pyrolysis temperature. Decrease in particle size leads to more release of gaseous products. The CaO addition increases char yield, surface roughness and specific surface area of char from pyrolysis, using CaO as catalyst, the yield of CO and CH4 increase, whereas CO2, aldehydes and acids release decreases.
