摘要
建立了模拟真实实验室膜反应器的数学模型:活塞流数学模型。将数学模型与实验数据紧密结合起来,计算出与实验符合得很好的模拟结果。为无机膜反应器的设计和无机膜制备指出了方向。
A mathematical model was established for catalytic dehydrogenation of butane in plug flow membrane reactor.The model fits to the experimental data very well in membrane reactor with different conditions.The conversion of butane has been calculated in membrane reactor with different permeability and permselectivity in almost all range.The case of permeance side being vacuumized was also investigated.This will guide the preparation of inorganic membrane.
