儿童外伤性白内障手术的临床观察

Clinical observation on traumatic surgery in children

目的观察儿童外伤性白内障手术效果。方法对本院2003年1月～2007年12月的142例儿童外伤性白内障行白内障囊外吸出联合后囊截开及前段玻璃体切除,术后随访平均12个月。结果视力恢复至0.8以上者占18.31%,0.3以上者占63.38%。行Ⅰ期后囊截开联合前段玻璃体切除术可明显降低视轴区后囊浑浊的发生率。结论本术式显著减少了术中、术后并发症,使多数患儿恢复了良好的视功能。

Objective To review the clinical results of traumatic cataract extraction with anterior vitrectomy in children. Methods 142 cases were performed cataract extraction with anterior vitrectomy and IOL implantation. The average followed-up period is 12 months. Results The corrected visual acuity 〉 0.8 in 18.31% Cases, 〉0.3 in 63.38% cases. Conclusion It is a safe procedure to perform cataract extraction with anterior vitrectomy and IOL implantation for traumatic cataract in children. This kind of procedure make a significant reduction of complications, Perfect visual function were established in most of children.
