摘要 目的:研究应用CPA矩阵紫外分光光度法测定复方利福平微乳注射剂中三组分的含量的可行性。方法:采用CPA矩阵法测定,计算程序采用Excel进行Vab编程。结果利福平、异烟肼、左氧氟沙星的平均回收率和相对标准偏差分别为98.02%,0.34%;97.70%,0.50%;101.7%,1.37%。结论:该法可不经分离,简单易行,结果准确,可作为复方利福平微乳注射剂的含量测定方法。 Objective: To develop a method for the determination of compound rifampicin microemulsion injection. Methods: CPA-matrix UV-spectrophotometry was used. And the Vab of excel was used for programming. Results: The average recoveries and relative standard deviation of rifampicin,isoniazid, levoofloxacin were 98.02%,0. 34%;97.70%,0. 50% and 101.7%,1.37% . Conclusion.. The method is simple and accurate. It can be used for the determination of compound rifampicin microemulsion injection without separation.
