周式剖宫产术427例临床实践体会

Clinical Practice of Chow's Cesarean section of 427 Cases

目的：熟悉周式剖宫产术在临床中的应用，探讨其术式的有效性及优点。方法：回顾总结某院1999年08月-2008年09月应用周式剖宫产术终止妊娠427例（观察组），并随机选取同期该院采用传统子宫下段剖宫产术分娩患者496例（对照组），行两组围生儿结局、两组产妇围术期间及产褥期情况比较。结果：两组在手术时间、术中切口延裂、术中出血量、术后排气时间及术后感染率、平均住院时间上均存在明显差异；但两组产妇子宫复旧及恶露情况无明星差异。结论：周式剖官产术具有减少术中出血、缩短手术时间、术后感染率低等特点，不失为一种值得推荐的好术式。

Objective： To be familiar with Chow＇s cesarean section, and then to explore efficacy and advantage of this operation method. Methods： A total of 427 consecutive cases with were retrospectively analyzed as test group in Hospital workers in Wuhan business from August 1999 to September 2008, and 496 cases underwent traditional lower uterine segmental transverse incision caeasarean section in the corresponding time period were selected at random as control group. Neonatal clinical data were compared between the two groups. Meanwhile,Maternal outcomes during perioperative period and puerperium were compared between the two groups. Results： There weresignificant differences between the two groups in the overall time of operation, wound lacerations, blood loss, postoperative period of breaking wind, postoperative infection and the average length of stay. Although there were no significant differences with maternal outcomes such as involution of uterus and lochia. Conclusion： ChoWs cesarean section is a good operation method for it can decrease the blood loss and reduce the overall time of operation and postoperative infection.
