摘要
通过研究低铬白色钝化工艺,得到了低铬钝化液的最佳配方及工艺条件。实验探讨了钝化液中各组分及工艺条件对钝化膜性能的影响,在最佳工艺条件下可以得到白色钝化膜。钝化膜在质量分数为3%的CuSO4快速腐蚀实验中,变色时间为54 s,抗盐雾时间为106 h。
Through investigation, the optimal solution formula and process conditions for low chromium white passivation technology are obtained. The effects of each component of the passivaton solution and the process conditions on the performance of the passive film were explored. A white passive film can be obtained in the above optimal process conditions, of which the color deterioration time is 54 seconds in the mass fraction of 3% CuSO4 fast corrosion experiment, and the corrosion resisting time in salt spraying test is 106 hours.
