3种植物枯落物水提液对达乌里胡枝子幼苗生长的作用

Responses of Lespedeza davurica seedling growth to residue aqueous extractof three forages

通过研究黄土高原丘陵沟壑区3种主要草地植物(长芒草Stipa bungeana、达乌里胡枝子Lespedezadavurica、茵陈蒿Artemisia capillaris)枯落物水提液对达乌里胡枝子幼苗生长特性的影响,结果表明:不同质量分数处理下,3种植物水提液对达乌里胡枝子幼苗伸长和全株质量均有明显抑制作用,长芒草和茵陈蒿水提液在高质量分数时对达乌里胡枝子幼苗根质量有抑制作用,对根长影响不明显,达乌里胡枝子枯落物水提液仅在高质量分数下对其自身幼苗干质量和根长有显著影响。说明3种牧草的枯落物水提液对受体物种存在明显的抑制潜势,且对质量分数效应有敏感响应。

The study on growth character of Lespedeza davurica under the aqueous extract of three dominant forages （Stipa bungeana, L. davurica and Artemisia capillaris） was conducted. The results showed that the aqueous extracts from the residue of donor plants inhibited the elongation and dry weight of seedling obviously. S. bungeana and A. capillaris showed the inhibit effect on the dry weight of root when the aqueous extracts was at a high concentration, the elongation of root was also influenced but not significant. L. davurica showed the negative effect on itself only at a high concentration. It indicated that the aqueous extracts from residues of three forages have the potential of inhibition function, and the inhibition effect was sensitive to concentration.
