摘要 以聚丙烯为原料,在裂解炉中进行热裂解反应制得聚丙烯蜡。对反应温度、反应时间和催化剂的加入量进行了条件考察实验。结果表明:最佳反应条件为反应温度335℃和反应时间4.5h,在此条件下所得到的产物性能为:滴熔点153.0℃,针入度0.23×10-1mm,相对粘均分子量7683。 We take polypropylene as raw material in the paper. The hot decomposition reaction occurs in the cracking furnace and the polypropylene wax is the product we wanted. We studied the influence of the temperature, the reaction time and the addition of catalyst on the cracking reaction. From the relationship of temperature, reaction time and the properties of product, we know that its optimum reaction condition is the temperature 335 ℃ and reaction time 4.5 hours. The properties of the product which is obtained under the above condition are: drop melting point 153.0 ℃, the needle penetration 0.23×10^-1 mm, the viscosity-average molecular weight is 7 683.
