摘要
介绍了移相全桥零电压PWM软开关电路的组成及工作原理,从时域上详细分析了软开关的工作过程,阐述了超前臂和滞后臂的谐振过程,依据能量交换守恒原理对谐振电感和谐振电容的选取进行了探讨。最后针对PWM软开关电路特有的占空比丢失以及实现软开关需要加入死区时间的现象,分析了移相全桥零电压PWM软开关电路合理的最大占空比并进行了计算。实验验证了谐振电感和电容取值的合理性。
The basic theories of phase-shift full bridge ZVS PWM converter are discussed.The process of the ZVS PWM converter in time domain and the process of resonance are analyed.A method for choosing the inductor and the capacitor is given.In view of the effective duty circle loss and the delay-time,the equitable maximun duty cycle is persentd and calculated.The rationality of the design is tested and verified in the final.
