摘要
针对电化学、冶金行业广泛使用的同相逆并联整流装置,分析了整流系统的故障类型以及故障诊断的特殊性。研究了基于整流变压器阀侧相电流的故障诊断方法,通过分析故障诊断树,完成了从故障特征向量到故障定位向量的转换,实现了故障诊断。设计了由DSP和MCU组成的双CPU系统,并将诊断方法应用于实际诊断系统中。
According to the cophase counter parallel connection rectifier units used widely in the fields of electrochemical and the metallurgical industry,the type of faults and the particularity of the fault diagnosis of the rectifier units are analyzed. With the experiment,a fault diagnosis algorithm using the valve side phase current of the rectifier transformers is studies and the conversion from the eigenvectors to location vectors by the fault tree analysis is completed.The dual-CPU system with the DSP and MCU structure is designed,the fault diagnosis algorithm to the actual diagnosis system is applied.
