数字电路近场辐射骚扰研究

摘要 给出了载流导线对的近场共模(Commom Mode,简称CM)和差模(Differential Mode,简称DM)辐射模型。提出了在频率低于30MHz时能比较准确地预测数字电路近场辐射场量的方法。基于该方法,对CM和DM模型进行了实验比较,结果表明CM辐射模型能更好地预测数字电路的辐射EMI频谱。 The near field radiation interference models of a pair of lines with common mode (CM) and differential mode (DM) currents are derived.Based on these models, the method to compute the E vector and H vector of the digital circuit below 30 MHz is proposed.According to this method,the CM model and the DM model are compared by the experimental results and it is verified that the CM model is more appropriate to compute the E vector of the digital circuit.
