摘要
本文在简单综述测定材料热膨胀的各种方法与技术的基础上着重谈本文作者建立的Ｘ射线粉末衍射仪测定材料热膨胀的新方法并导出了新方法的测量误差极限的表示式．
This paper highlights the description on a new method for measurement of the thermal expansion of materials by the X-ray powdery diffractometer on the basis of the simple introduction of various methods and various techniques for measurement of the thermal expansion of materials.The expression of measuremet error limit has been found.
