摘要 水凝胶是亲水性而又不溶于水的、具有三维网络结构的高分子材料,因其独特的吸水和良好的生物相容性等优点而受到材料科学和生物医学工作者的关注,得到了广泛应用及研究。结合笔者实验室开展的辐照聚合法制备磁性水凝胶的研究工作,较全面地介绍了国内外水凝胶材料的研究现状及其在生物医药等领域的应用,重点介绍了磁性水凝胶的制备、应用,并展望了其发展前景。 Hydrogels are hydrophilic but can't bedissolved in water, and a kind of cross-linked polymers with structure of three-dimensional network. They have been of great interest to materials science and biomaterial fields because of the unique hydrophilicitg and good biocompatibility. Hydrogels have been extensively applied and researched. In this paper the research of hydrogels in the fields of biomedical applications is reviewed according to the radiation synthesis of magnetic hydrogels in laboratory. The preparation and the application of magnetic hydrogels are introduced emphatically, and its development is prospected.
