微生物方法制备散骨标本的实验研究Ⅰ.枯草芽孢杆菌与土壤培养物分解骨质内外软组织的效果比较

Research on Bone Sample Making with the Method of Microorganism Comparison between the Effetct of Bacillus Subtilis and Soilmicroboes in Dissolving the Soft Issue of Fresh Bones

报道了在实验室条件下利用培养非病原微生物——枯草芽孢杆菌（Ｂａｃｉｌｕｓｓｕｂ－ｔｉｌｉｓ）和１５～２０ｃｍ土壤以下土壤培养物分别分解骨面软组织和消除骨内脂肪制备散骨标本的方法．结果表明两种培养物对脱净骨面软组织及骨内脂肪从而使骨洁白的效果均很好，用时短，骨洁白，省力节能，成本低，方法简便．

A scientific method is put forward to clear and whiten fresh bones by fostering Bacillus Subtilis and different sorts of soil Microboes (from 15～20cm deep soil) on the bones in experimental condition.The result demonstrates that bacillus subtilis can effciently dissolve the soft issue on the surface of the bones and soil microboes can very soon dissolve the fat issue inside the bones.It turns out to be a cheap,efficent and convenient method in clearing and whitening fresh bones in the process of bone sample making.
