摘要
选用几种石化设备常用的材料,通过试验分析在不同酸值和温度下的环烷酸对不同材料的腐蚀速度,据此揭示出环烷酸腐蚀的一些规律。用以指导合理选材,节省建厂成本,使炼油装置在不发生严重环烷酸腐蚀前提下最大限度地炼制低品质原油,降低炼油成本。
Some materials were selected,which are commonly used in refinery equipment and experimental method were established. Through analyzing the corrosion rate of material in different acid and temperature of crude oil,it was concluded that some corrosion regularity of the naphthenic acid. This can guide to select suitable material for equipment and reduce cost and also manufacture refinery equipment for more inferior quality crude oil on the premise that serious naphthenic acid corrosion can't occur.
