枳实对大鼠离体小肠平滑肌条的作用

Action of Zhishi on the smooth muscle of isolated small intestine in rats

以大鼠小肠纵行肌条的收缩活动为指标，观察了枳实对大鼠离体小肠平滑肌收缩活动的影响．结果表明：枳实明显减小大鼠小肠纵行肌条的收缩波平均振幅，但不影响小肠纵行肌张力及收缩波频率．六烃季胺、心得安、消炎痛、ＬＮＮＡ不影响枳实对小肠纵行肌条的抑制作用，而酚妥拉明可部分拮抗枳实的抑制作用．由此可见，枳实明显抑制大鼠离体小肠纵行肌的收缩活动，该作用可能部分经由肾上腺素能α受体介导．

The effect of Zhishi on the contraction of small intestinal longitudinal strips was studied in rats.Zhishi significantly decreased the mean contractile amplitude of longitudinal muscle(LM) of small intestine in rats,phentolamine inhibited the effect of Zhishi partly,but hexamethonium,propranolol,indomethacin and L NNA did not.It had no obvious effect on the tension and the contractile frequency of LM of small intestine.It was concluded that Zhishi significantly inhibited the contraction of small intestinal longitudinal muscle,which may be mediated by α receptor.
