摘要
介绍了基于PLC的某厂炼油污水处理冗余控制系统的硬件配置情况和如何使用现场总线和冗余技术提高信号传输的精度、准确性、系统的三层网络结构以及具体设备的特殊控制模式。该方案采用西门子S7-400H PLC控制系统,S7-400H PLC是西门子公司专为高端应用场合设计的冗余系统,其工作电源、通信网络设备、CPU、操作站均为冗余设置,一旦主系统发生故障,能够自动无缝切换到热备用系统,实现平稳的Master-Reserve转换,使整个系统可以容错运行,从而避免了传统的单机系统因故障停机而造成损失,大大增强了系统的稳定性和可靠性。
This paper introduces the hardware configuration of redundant control system based on PLC,which is used for one factory's solving sewage. Discusses how to use fieldbus and redundant technique enhance signal transporting precision,three-tier structure of the network and the specific control mode. This project uses SIMATIC S7-400H PLC control system,which is a redundant system especially designed for advanced application by Siemens. Its power, network equipment,CPU and operation station are all redundant. Once the master system has a failure,it can automatically change to the reserve one without turbulence and realize the smooth Master-Reserve change. It makes the whole system can tolerate the single fault,so avoid the loss of shutdown by failure in traditional single machine mode,and greatly enhance the stability and reliability.
