摘要 采用冷冻技术可以同时暂堵多层套管环空和油管内径,最大工作压力可以达到70MPa。采用该项技术在西南油气田川东北气矿灌31井进行冷冻暂堵带压换采气井口闸阀取得成功,为国内带压修井作业提供了又一项新的技术,填补了国内带压修井冷冻暂堵技术的空白。为老井、隐患井的整治增添了新的途径,特别是为高含硫化氢气井的修井提供了安全、可靠的技术保证。 Using freeze technology can plug multiple casing annulus and tubing inner diameter simultaneously,and its maximum working pressure is high up to 70MPa. The freeze temporary blocking technology was used successfully in replacing wellhead gate valve with pressure in Well Guan 31 of Northeast Sichuan Gas Field. It provided a new technology for workover operation with pressure,and superinduced new approach for treatment of well drilled and hidden trouble well,especially supplied safe and dependable technical guarantee for gas well workover with high H2S.
