Under-burned clinker is formed under low temperature burning which not only effect clinker quality, but also restrict capacity improvement. In view of this situation, the author made detail analysis on the formation of under-burned clinker, and present how the technical modification and material proportioning is made. By technical improvement, under-burned clinker is eliminated, and strength and capacity are both increased.
