摘要
对于深井、超深井、大斜度井和定向井及其水平井,使用套管防磨器是防止套管先期损害的主要措施之一。对使用过的常规套管防磨器进行了解剖分析,并从理论上力分析了常规套管防磨器损坏的原因,拉应力和由于弯曲引起的拉应力是套管防磨器摩擦块脱落的主要原因;而弯曲引起的压应力是套管防磨器摩擦块挤碎的主要原因,这与对套管防磨器解剖得到的摩擦块两种损坏形式是一致的。可以为套管防磨器的设计提供依据,减小套管对钻杆的磨损。
For deep well,ultra-deep well,high angle deviated well,directional well and horizontal well,the use of casing anti-attrition tool is one of the chief measures to prevent the casing prior damage. By the analysis of used conventional casing anti-attrition tool,its broken causes were found,that is tensile stress and compressing stress caused by bending are chief causes of drag block fall-out and extrusion,which is accordant with the two broken forms of dissecting. It can provide the foundation for casing anti-attrition tool design,and also protect effectively the abrasion between casing and drill pipe.
